Track Manager support
Email [email protected] and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two business days, Australian Eastern time.
Including these four things usually turns two or three exchanges into one:
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The page or file you were working with, if it is not private.
- Your browser and its version — in Chrome, that is Menu → Help → About Google Chrome.
- The extension version, shown in the extension's own window.
A screenshot is worth more than a description of a screenshot. If something looks wrong on screen, attach the picture.
Is Track Manager available yet?

Yes. Email [email protected] for commercial terms.
Anything the product itself does — a bug, a confusing step, a feature that does not behave as documented, or a question about whether it can do what you need. If you have found something broken, saying so is a favour, not a nuisance.
What we cannot do is troubleshoot the sites or services a product works alongside. If a third-party service changes how it works, tell us anyway — that is usually something we need to fix on our side.
Privacy questions are answered on the Track Manager privacy policy.
